  • Folkstyle

    Folkstyle is a style of wrestling common in high school and college. It’s similar to Freestyle in that it focuses on takedowns, but will emphasize pinning combinations more.

  • Freestyle and Greco-Roman

    Freestyle & Greco-Roman wrestling is an Olympic style wrestling that emphasizes throws and back exposure through tilts and turns.

Practice Schedule:

  • Elite Practice MS/HS:
     Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
    5:00PM–6:30PM
    March 23rd – July 9th

    Advanced Practice (3rd–6th Grade):
     Tuesday and Thursday
    6:30PM–8:00PM
    March 24th – May 14th 

    *All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Card.*

  • Practices are held at Lovejoy Administration Building

    $300

  • 50% off for Siblings

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Youth (Kindergarten - 2nd grade practice session) 5:45pm-6:45pm

  • Youth/Advanced (3rd grade-6th grade practice session) 7:00pm-8:00pm

    Mondays

  • Advanced (Open to all age groups who are committed to competing) 5:45pm-7:15pm
