  • Folkstyle

    Folkstyle is a style of wrestling common in high school and college. It’s similar to Freestyle in that it focuses on takedowns, but will emphasize pinning combinations more.

  • Freestyle and Greco-Roman

    Freestyle & Greco-Roman wrestling is an Olympic style wrestling that emphasizes throws and back exposure through tilts and turns.

Practice Schedule:

Monday, October 5th - Thursday, February 26th

All experience levels

  • Mondays

    • Advanced

      D2, D3, and D4 (12U-16U)

      Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

    • Rookie/Novice

      Tots, D1 and D2 (6U-12U) 1st year or 2nd year of experience

      Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm

    • Advanced

      D2, D3, and D4 (12U-16U)

      Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm

    Cost

    Rookie/Novice: $550

    Advanced: $700
